User data and their security
At certain locations within the website and at certain times, PRO-LUX d.o.o. will collect users’ personal data. This data will be used for the purpose of contacting and recording users, as well as for the statistical analysis of the website’s traffic. PRO-LUX d.o.o. guarantees that the data collected in this way will not be sold.
Editing and deletion of user data, as well as the removal of email addresses from mailing lists, is possible via the removal/editing links found in the footer of all promotional emails from PRO-LUX d.o.o. For information about their data, users may contact the company at amai@amai.hr.
By sending an inquiry, signing a contract, or through direct contact, the user voluntarily provides their data and thereby permits it to be used to protect their personal interests in all business dealings contracted with PRO-LUX d.o.o.
The collection and processing of users’ personal data also includes forwarding the data to third parties and commercial companies in the Republic of Croatia and abroad. Third parties are considered to be any natural persons and commercial companies that are necessary for the execution of the contracted business.
